A home for community gardens

Community gardens deserve a home.

Discover gardens. Grow together. Preserve every season.

PlotPal helps people find community gardens, understand what is growing, connect with the people who care for them, and remember the stories that make each place special.

Why PlotPal exists

Community gardens grow more than food.

They grow friendships, neighborhoods, traditions, knowledge, and stories.

Yet many are hard to discover, and much of what makes them special lives only in the people who happen to be there.

PlotPal was created to help gardens welcome people in, share what is growing, and preserve what should not be lost.

Remember

Keep the story of the garden alive.

Save photos, harvests, milestones, journal entries, and the moments that would otherwise disappear when a season ends.

Our design principle

Technology should fade into the background.

Open PlotPal for a minute. Spend an hour in the garden.

PlotPal is not here to compete for your attention. It is here to help you spend more meaningful time outside, with plants, places, and people.

Founding Gardeners

Built with the people who helped open the gate.

Before the public beta, a small group of gardeners, organizers, and volunteers helped shape PlotPal through its earliest seasons.

Founding Gardener remains a permanent recognition for that original community. Their feedback helped decide what PlotPal should become — and what should stay simple.

The public beta is open

Come grow with us.

Anyone can create a PlotPal account and start exploring. No invitation or manual approval is required.

Individual gardens still control their own privacy and membership. Joining PlotPal does not automatically make someone a member of a private or managed garden.
